In 1992 Sergio Moreno worked in Disseny Tècnic, a motorcycle design company. That was when he discover the fascinating world of composites in the prototype deparment. Yet remember when a partner showed him a fabric piece of carbon fiber. In the future many things will be made in this material, he said him. That cautive Sergio…There was no reverse!
WITHOUT PASSION THERE IS NO LIFE
Sergio have two passions, the racing motorcycles and the design and technology, and this led him to found in 1995 Technical Composites, the first years on the name of Racing Components for seven years after changing to current Technical Composites. From the start to 2012 the production was exclusively dedicated to the racing motorcycles. During those years, Technical Composites worked for the most important team in the most important championships around the world: French, Germany, Italy, Japanese, Spanish, UK and world Championship, in the 500cc, 250cc, 125cc, Moto2 and Moto3 categories.
Currently the company produce parts for three sectors:
– Motorcycles.
– Mobility.
– Industry.
TECHNOLOGY
Technical Composites is at the vanguard in design and production of the composite materials sector. Actually the company is working with the three most advance technologies:
COMPOSITES: – Pre-preg curing in AUTOCLAVE.
CNC CAD-CAM: – Models and moulds.
– Aluminium and titanium parts.
3D PRINTER: – Prototipes and parts.
